Deeper Healing in Less Time: Trauma Therapy Intensives in Colorado
Move beyond weekly therapy. Step into a focused, experiential, and accelerated healing process designed to help you release what’s been holding you back
3-Day Trauma Therapy Intensives — In-Person in Colorado (or by Appt in Florida)
Why an Intensive?
- Most therapy happens week by week, stretched over months or years. Trauma intensives are different.
- Instead of 50 minutes, you receive 5–7 hours a day of dedicated support.
- Space to go deeper without interruptions or time limits.
- Experiential methods (somatic, sculpting, psychodrama, expressive arts, and in-action) that move beyond talk therapy.
- A clear, structured process for both resourcing (stabilization) and processing trauma
What to Expect
Your intensive is fully customized. A typical 3-day intensive may include (Disclaimer: No intensive looks the same):
- Day 1: Building safety, nervous system regulation, and creating resources
- Day 2: In-action trauma work (Somatic Experiencing, Experiential Techniques, and Psychodrama).
- Day 3: Integration, meaning-making, and tools to take home.
This isn’t just about healing wounds — it’s about creating lasting growth and transformation.
Who This Is For
You may benefit from an intensive if you:
- Feel stuck in weekly therapy.
- Want to work through unresolved trauma or attachment wounds.
- Have experienced relational trauma, loss, or life transitions.
- Are ready for focused, transformative work in a supportive space.
(Disclaimer: an initial session for appropriateness for an intensive is conducted, oftentimes individuals start with weekly appt’s to gain more tools and resources prior to doing an intensive)

Experiential Workshops and Immersive Experiences
Experiential Therapy allows a participant to engage their whole system: physically, viscerally, and emotionally; allowing their lived experiences to fully be present – all of which helps to foster deep healing and growth. Together we will create ways for you to move into activities and exercises where you can explore safely your past experiences, renegotiate less-than-nurturing experiences and traumas, and navigate your emotions.
Immersives (both individual and group) are co-created with you, the participant(s), in an effort to collaborate in designing what is wished to be worked on and find some healing and clarity with. These 1, 2, or 3-day immersives are a space for participant(s) to take a look at old patterns, gain insights, and explore/take on new roles within their lives. One may wish to tap into old wounds they know are there, and clear some of that out. You may also wish to address some behaviors that are no longer serving you. These are designed to assist in regaining clarity and subsequently going out and living your life.
Ways I Assist in an Immersive or Workshop
I support the participant(s) by helping to target the less-than-nurturing experiences, patterns, wounds, and unexpressed emotions that have been stored for some time now. I help to get you out of your head, and into your body and nervous system to begin the deep healing work and then send you back to your primary therapist to continue engaging in this beautiful healing work – while also going out and living your life!
There are limitations to talk therapy, and I clinically believe that action modalities help someone to tap into their body and mind. Both parts must be treated in order to begin to find true healing. I wish to co-travel with you and help you explore safely your inner world - a space where you have the map and I have the flashlight to guide you.
I do this through a variety of experiential therapeutic techniques and modalities. The concept of experiential work is a large umbrella term for modalities such as: Sociometry, EMDR, Psychodramatic Techniques, Gestalt, Somatic, Expressive Arts, Poetry, Letter Writing, Play Therapy, Inner Child, and more. I utilize those modalities to help you begin to gain control of your life and start living more wholeheartedly. Even more, my hope is for you to stop being controlled by the past, and living in the present.
